What we collect

When you purchase a journal, Stripe processes your payment. We do not store your credit card information — Stripe handles that entirely.

We collect your first name and the email address you enter at Stripe Checkout so we can deliver your journal PDF.

Quiz and intake answers are stored on the Stripe Checkout Session as metadata so we can match a pathway and generate your welcome note after payment. That metadata includes the matched pathway, the name you gave, tone, what you want from the journal, what feels hardest, daily time, prompt style, and any optional context you typed. Stripe retains Checkout Session records according to its own policies. Optional context is not copied into our Airtable purchase log, but it is stored on the Stripe session used to generate your journal.

After a paid session, we may also log the purchase in Airtable (session id, pathway, name, tone, daily time, prompt style, desired outcome, payment status, and whether the welcome note was AI-generated or fallback copy). We use this to fulfill the order and keep a simple record of paid sessions.

If you subscribe to the Sunday Letter, we collect your email address. We send a welcome email with free prompts, then a short sequence of follow-up notes over the following days, then the weekly Sunday Letter. Nothing else is required to subscribe.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for anything other than delivering what you paid for or signed up for.

Email
