Digital products

The Letting Go Journal is a personalized digital PDF delivered immediately after purchase. Because the product is customized and delivered on the spot, all sales are generally final.

If something went wrong

If your journal PDF did not download, your email did not arrive, or the file was corrupted, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right — either by re-sending your journal or issuing a full refund.

Email hello@decathecting.com with the email address you used at checkout. Include your name and the date of purchase if you can.

What we ask

Please give us a chance to fix delivery issues before requesting a refund. Most problems can be resolved in a single email.
